3. Ordering Process:

When placing an order with Mitras3D, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about the design specifications, dimensions, materials, and quantities required. We reserve the right to refuse any order that violates our policies or involves copyright infringement.

4. Intellectual Property:

By submitting a design or file to Mitras3D, you affirm that you have the necessary rights or permissions to use and reproduce the design. Mitras3D does not claim ownership of any intellectual property rights in the submitted designs, and you retain full ownership of your designs.

5. Design Modifications:

Mitras3D may make minor modifications to submitted designs to ensure proper printing and functionality. We will make reasonable efforts to consult with you before making any significant alterations to your design. However, we are not liable for any changes made if we are unable to contact you or receive your timely response.

6. Pricing and Payment:

Pricing for our services is displayed on our website and may vary based on factors such as design complexity, material choice, and quantity. Payment must be made in full before we commence printing your order. We accept various payment methods, which will be specified on our website.

7. Shipping and Delivery:

Mitras3D will make reasonable efforts to deliver your printed objects within the estimated timeframe. However, we do not guarantee specific delivery dates, as delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. Any shipping charges, customs fees, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Quality Control and Reprints:

We strive to deliver high-quality 3D printed objects. In the event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within three days of receiving the order. We may request unboxing video as a supporting evidence to assess the issue. Mitras3D reserves the right to decide whether to offer a reprint or refund, based on our assessment.

9. Limitation of Liability:

Mitras3D shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India.
